This is the last batch of snoods I will be posting for a while. With the move and needing to focus on packing, I won't have much time to work on craft projects. I will, however, be willing to take commissions, to be worked on as we travel across the country. 5 to 7 days in a car gives me lots of time to do things with my hands.

If you are interested in purchasing any of the snoods I've posted or would like to commission a snood, please respond here or email me. Comments will be screened.

Snagging Snoods

If they're not taken, I could use the green one without beads in batch 1 and the light brown one in batch 2.

If it's more convenient, you can just give them to me when you get here. But I will of course Paypal you the money meanwhile.

They are yours, dear lady. And I can send them off to you before we leave for the beach. Are you still using the speakeasy account for your email?

I wanna the "Cotton crochet thread, color: purple, pale green/lavender glass beads and white bugal beads, White Ribbon. Better for shorter hair." one if it's not taken. You don't have to ship it; I can pick it up from you when you're around DC...

Great! Could you post an email address where I can reach you? Thanks!

[myusername]@livejournal.com works.

However, I might be out of contact between this Saturday and the next. We're going to the seaside, and I'm not certain there'll be reliable Net access there.

Great! I'll drop you an email in a little while. We will be heading to the beach as well so I won't have internet access for all of next week.

wait, you're moving?

[identity profile] jeanniemac.livejournal.com 2009-08-21 05:25 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes, we are moving back to DC. I got laid off in May and we have been struggling to get along here ever since. The job market in SoCal is pretty well dead, at least in my field, and we can live more cheaply in DC if we move in with my mom. We are planning to be back in the area by early October. I will be making a formal announcement about it once we have an actual move date.

Brent will continue to work for AEG long distance and I will start looking for work once we've settled at Mom's. I have resumes float out there but haven't gotten any bites since they all use my CA address. I'm hoping that once I'm local I'll have better luck.
